2026-2027 Academic Year Fall Semester Vocational Training Calendar in Business has been published below. It is announced to all our students.
Students who will apply for Vocational Training in Business are required to apply through the Internship and Vocational Training Automation System, which has started to be used this year as part of the digitalization efforts carried out at our university.
All processes related to application, document upload, approval, evaluation, and process tracking will be carried out through the address https://staj.maku.edu.tr. Therefore, our students are kindly requested to log into the system during the dates specified in the application calendar and upload the necessary information and documents completely, and to follow their application processes through the automation system.
The user guide and training videos prepared regarding the use of the automation system will also be accessible through the system.
As a result of the evaluation of applications, the list of students who are entitled to carry out Vocational Training in Business will be announced on our Faculty's website and/or through the automation system in accordance with the announced calendar.
In order for our students not to experience any loss of rights, it is strongly requested that they regularly follow the announcements and complete their applications within the specified time periods.

| September 4, 2026 | Announcement of Vocational Training application results | As a result of the evaluation to be made by the members of the Vocational Training Commission, the list of students whose applications for vocational training in business are accepted will be announced on the Faculty of Tourism's website on the specified date. |
| September 14, 2026 | Student's Actual Start of On-the-Job Training Process | Students must be in practice throughout the Fall semester in accordance with the On-the-Job Training Regulation and must fulfill their responsibilities as specified in the regulation. |
| December 31, 2026 | End of the Student's Actual On-the-Job Training Process | |
| January 2 - January 12, 2027 | Submission of the Workplace Application Student Report and the Workplace Official Student Evaluation Form to the Department Secretariat. | The report and form must be delivered to the course instructor in person or by mail/cargo. The student is held responsible for any issues that may arise during the mail/cargo process. |
